Does Bookdfy hold my money?

No. Clients pay the artisan’s verified business account directly. Bookdfy is a booking platform only.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can book as a guest with just your name and WhatsApp number. An account keeps all your bookings in one place.

How are artisans verified?

Each artisan uploads their national ID card, and adds a business bank account, a WhatsApp business number and their business address. Our team checks everything before they go live.

What if an artisan cancels?

Refunds are agreed between you and the artisan. You can report any artisan from their profile and we review every report.

Is there an app to download?

Bookdfy installs straight from your browser onto your home screen — no app store needed.

How much does it cost artisans?

Plans start at ₦6,000 a month, with lower monthly rates on quarterly and yearly billing. Your first month is half price.
